Shipping

  • When can I expect my order to be shipped? Answer: When an order is placed and funded, we'll ship your package the same day or the following business day at the latest.

  • Do you have a preferred carrier? Answer: Yes, we are working with UPS, mainly using ground shipping method, but we are also using USPS to pass on to you the savings on orders that are low weight products, generally under 13oz.

  • Are you using shipping methods like SurePost or SmartPost? Answer: Yes we do, your package will be handled by UPS and then delivered by USPS.

  • Do you ship to PO boxes? Answer: Yes do ship to PO boxes, but to do so we are shipping with USPS. If shipped via UPS a physical address will always be needed; UPS is requesting it.

  • How can I know the status of my order? Answer: To check the status of your order, go to your account, and click on order status, you'll be able to see if your order has shipped.

  • How can I track my package? Answer: Under your account, click on order status, then click on "view order details", you'll be able to see all the information related to your order. At the bottom of the page you'll see a tracking number, just click on it to see where is your package.

  • Are your products ship from France? Answer: No, our products are imported from France, but they are shipped from Chicago, IL - United States Of America. The inventory that you can purchase on our website is located in the western suburb of Chicago.

 

Returns

  • How can I return my package? Answer: Please go into your account area, and under the "order completed" menu, just click on the "returm items", please give us a level of explaination in order to start the return process, a return number will be created and someone from our staff will contact you for follow up and guidance. Upon reception of your package you'll have 14 days to notify us that you want to return your package. Pass that date we won't accept the returns.
  • Can I cancel my order? Answer: Yes, you can, please follow the return package process to cancel an order, please go into your account area, and under the "order completed" menu, just click on the "returm items", please give us a level of explaination in order to start the cancellation process, a return number will be created and someone from our staff will contact you for follow up and guidance. Cancelled orders are free of charge as long as your package is not shipped. When shipped, the orer will have to follow the return process.
