  1. 25 pieces of Carambar Candy
  2. 3 oz butter
  3. About ½ cup milk
  4. 1 cup of sugar
  5. 3 eggs
  6. 1 cup of flour
  7. 1 teaspoon of baking powder (link to baking powder here)
  8. Vanilla ice cream


  1. Preheat oven to 180C (350F).
  2. Melt 20 Carambar candies in a saucepan with milk and butter.
  3. Chop the remaining 5 Carambars and set these aside for later.
  4. In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar; add flour and baking powder.
  5. Once Carambars are melted, combine with baking mixture.
  6. Pour mixture into a cake pan and sprinkle with the remaining small pieces of Carambar.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes and serve immediately with ice cream!
