Greek Iced Coffee
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of French coffee or instant (Carte noire ground French coffee)
- 20 ounces of fresh water
- Sugar or vanilla sugar
- Put your coffee, water and ice cubes in a shaker.
- Add your sugar until it’s just the way you want it to be.
- Shake it until you see a nice layer of foam on top, then pour and serve with ice.
