If you are not registered to our website, an account will be automatically created on your first order and a temporary password will be assigned. We are using mainly Fedex and USPS as carrier of choice, during the checkout process you'll be able to choose your carrier. We reserve the right to request additional shipping fees to our customer in case of retail purchases that should have been classified wholesale, due to large items quantity, heavy weight or large volume.
